1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of iglesiaelgetsemani.org (the "Site"), operated by Iglesia Cristiana El Getsemani ("we," "us," or the "Church"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our mobile app has its own Mobile App Terms of Service.
2. About the Site
The Site shares information about the Church: our services, events, beliefs and ways to connect and give. We work to keep it accurate, but service times, events and other details can change. If something matters for your plans, please contact us to confirm.
3. Using the Site
Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
- send false information, spam or abusive messages through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its member pages or the systems behind it;
- interfere with the Site's operation, including with automated tools that overload it;
- use the Site to harm others or to break any law.
4. Our content
The text, photos, logo and other content on the Site belong to the Church or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not use our name, logo or photos for other purposes without our written permission.
5. Online giving
- Gifts are donations. Gifts made through the Site are voluntary donations to Iglesia Cristiana El Getsemani, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. No goods or services are provided in exchange for them.
- Transparency. Our EIN is 93-2163639. Our profile on Candid, with its Seal of Transparency, is at candid.org.
- Funds. We use each gift for the fund you choose. If a fund's purpose is completed or can no longer be carried out, the Church may use the gift where it is most needed.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
- Recurring gifts. A recurring gift continues on the schedule you choose until you change or cancel it. You can do that at any time through the "Manage my recurring gift" link on our giving page, or by contacting us.
- Mistakes and refunds. Gifts are generally not refundable. If a gift was made in error, for example a wrong amount or a duplicate, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to correct it.
- Receipts and taxes. You will receive an email receipt for each gift. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on your own situation; please ask your tax advisor.
6. Member pages
Some pages are for church members and are protected by a password. If you have the password, please keep it private, and do not publish or share member documents outside the Church without permission.
7. Other services and links
The Site uses or links to services run by others, such as Stripe, Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X and Threads. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Church will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
